So that the excursion takes place in the best possible way, please read the following information:
Being a physical activity, as you will be the one to lead the team of sled dogs that will be assigned to you by the instructors, you must enjoy good health and not have disabling physical disabilities. No particular attitude is required and there are no age limits. It is not an activity suitable for those suffering from severe heart disease.
We recommend suitable mountain clothing, more specifically we suggest wearing: gloves, sunglasses and winter clothing. It will not be possible to carry out the excursion and it will not be refunded if you wear ski boots, therefore we recommend suitable footwear to carry out sports activities on snow (after skiing, trekking shoes, mountain boots).
We remind you that you will make an excursion on a path located in the high mountains and that you will be in close contact with animals, therefore for the purposes of the correct performance of the activity it is essential that you present yourself in a state of adequate mental health, specifically not under the effect of alcoholic and / or narcotic substances: it will be our staff's responsibility to verify any discrepancies and, in the event of situations deemed unsuitable, refuse to accompany you on an excursion without the right to any reimbursement, this to guarantee and protect the health of our animals .
Pregnant women will not be able to participate in the excursion.
It is the parents' responsibility to reassure their children who, due to the barking of dogs at the start, could be frightened and oppose the departure. In case of renunciation for the aforementioned reason on the part of the child or of all the participants who are part of the same reservation, no reimbursement is envisaged.
Cancellation ConditionsIf a service is canceled after three days (72 hours) before the scheduled departure date, 100% of the price must be paid. If a service is canceled before the three days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled departure date, the refund will be total except for the following cases:
- Tickets and reservations that have already been taken in charge in the name and on behalf of the client will not be refunded
- The banking costs in respect of payment of the service costs are not paid.
Le remboursement en cas de maladie ne peut être autorisé qu'après l'envoi d'un certificat médical avant minuit le même jour de l'excursion.
En cas de mineur, le mineur avec certificat et un accompagnateur seront remboursés.
It is your responsibility to communicate your cancellation by telephone or at our facility.
Customers who do not show up, without any type of notice (No-Show), will still be charged the full cost and will not be able to move the date and time of the activity but will have to book it again at full price. In case of delay of more than 15 minutes the structure reserves the right to no longer accept the participants without any refund.
Gift VouchersIn the presence of one of the following gift vouchers (Regali24, Regali.it, direct gift vouchers) it is necessary to book in advance via email at info@thehuskyexperience.com; the structure reserves the right not to accept the vouchers for which no advance booking has been made. The vouchers are valid only and exclusively in the winter season of reference to the purchase (or until the same expiration date) except for exceptions to be agreed in advance with the same structure. There is no reimbursement of any kind on gift vouchers. The transfer is envisaged if carried out according to the terms (as described above) provided for by the policy, any difference in price must be paid at the time of booking in accordance with the structure.
Unaccompanied minorsUnaccompanied minors can participate in excursions starting from 7 years and / or 20kg in weight (they must independently conduct a sled), it is however recommended the presence of an adult or older brother in the same excursion of the minor. Children under 7 years of age (20 kg in weight) can participate in excursions transported in the instructor's sled, by the same instructor; the presence of an adult is mandatory within the scope of the child's excursion and this condition is binding.
Our briefingTo be able to make the sleigh ride you will follow an informative briefing where the instructors will give all the practical and safety notions to guarantee all participants a pleasant excursion. If you do not feel able to take part in the excursion it is necessary to inform the instructors before departure, once inserted in the group and given a pack of dogs it is no longer possible to leave the excursion. Refusing to leave on an excursion after the briefing is not a reason for reimbursement.
